These allegations are generally unfounded. Radio Connection will give you all the help, training, and assistance you will need in order to break into radio - be it as an on-air talent, sportscaster, weather person, newscaster, or even a promotions or program director. If you don’t mind doing a lot of learning and getting your hands dirty and if you have the burning desire to succeed, with Radio Connection’s help, you will!

Unfortunately, some individuals on these rather dubious sites don’t seem to understand that concept and believe just showing up at a radio station with a pearly white smile and zero knowledge will get them that dream job. And when this doesn’t happen (no surprise there!), they start harping about imagined Radio Connection scams! You may not need degrees or diplomas, but you do need a sound knowledge of the workings of a radio station, which includes the hierarchy, the local demographics, etc.
